Body

WHEREAS, CJP Associates established an escrow account (#000025) with the Town of Kearny on April 10, 1990 to cover the professional costs relative to Subdivision Application #283 before the Planning Board in the Town of Kearny at Belleville Turnpike and Barszcewski Street, Block 150, Lots 52-63;

 

WHEREAS, although the application had been approved by the Kearny Planning Board on June 6, 1990, the applicants withdrew their interest;

 

WHEREAS, Clarence Finch, the remaining principal of CJP Associates, has requested that the unused balance of the escrow deposit be returned;

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny that the Chief Financial Officer is hereby authorized to return the unused escrow deposit to Clarence Finch in the amount of $1.752.33.
