Viscuso from the Kearny Fire Department after Twenty-eight (28) Years and Five (5) Months of Service, Effective April 01, 2018, Pending Approval of the Police and Firemen’s Retirement System (terminal leave pay and unused vacation totaling $70,373.30 subject to change if additional time is taken).

              BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny, in the County of Hudson, that the retirement application of Deputy Fire Chief Joseph S. Viscuso from the Kearny Fire Department be and is hereby accepted effective April 01, 2018, with the last day of employment being March 31, 2018; and it is

 

              FURTHER RESOLVED that as a result of twenty-eight (28) years and five (5) months of service with the Town of Kearny, Deputy Fire Chief Joseph S. Viscuso shall be entitled to receive a retirement payout from the Town of Kearny in the amount of $70,373.30, subject to change if additional time is taken, pending approval of said retirement from the Police and Firemen's Retirement System.
