WHEREAS, 1416 Harrison Avenue, LLC established an escrow account with the Town of Kearny on or about August 2, 2017 to cover the professional costs relative to Site Plan Application #2017.14 before the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Town of Kearny at 14-16 Harrison Avenue, Block 278, Lot 10;

 

WHEREAS, the project has been withdrawn by the applicant’s attorney via email on March 6, 2018;

 

WHEREAS, 1416 Harrison Avenue, LLC has requested that the unused balance of the escrow deposit be returned;

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny that the Chief Financial Officer is hereby authorized to return the unused escrow deposit to 1416 Harrison Avenue, LLC in the amount of $2,750.65.
