              WHEREAS, Derek Cowley located at 169 Davis Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032, requests a refund for rental of the Norman A Doyle Pavilion because inclement weather conditions caused the event to be cancelled; and

 

              WHEREAS, payment for Permit #0644 in the amount of $110.00 was deposited into the Kearny Recreation Trust Account; and

 

              WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Kearny Recreation Department of the Town of Kearny that this payment is to be refunded to the authorized agent listed below; now,

 

              THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny, Hudson County, New Jersey that a warrant be drawn to the order of the following:
