Ordinance Vacating Handicapped Parking Zones at 46 John Street, 51 Patterson Street, and 94 King Street

WHEREAS, the handicapped person for whom a restricted parking zone had been established previously at 51 Patterson Street by Ordinance 2017-48 has moved; and
WHEREAS, renewal of the application for a handicapped parking spot previously established by Ordinance 2008-6 at 94 King Street was denied for failure of the applicant to meet with the Town’s doctor; and
WHEREAS, the handicapped person for whom a restricted parking zone had been established previously at 46 John Street by Ordinance 1998-10 no longer needs a handicapped parking space; now, therefore, be it
ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny, Hudson County, New Jersey that:
1. The handicapped parking zones previously established in front of 51 Patterson Street, 94 King Street and 46 John Street be and hereby are vacated and rescinded.
2. The signs as prescribed by N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 shall be removed.
