Ordinance Vacating Handicapped Parking Zones at 133 Windsor Street and 10 Highland Avenue

Body

WHEREAS, the handicapped person for whom a restricted parking zone had been established previously at 133 Windsor Street by Ordinance 2017-19 has moved; and

 

WHEREAS, renewal of the application for a handicapped parking spot previously established by Ordinance 2015-41 at 10 Highland Avenue was denied by Dr. Ambrosio; now, therefore, be it

 

ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny, Hudson County, New Jersey that:

 

1.              The restricted parking zones in front of 133 Windsor Street and 10 Highland Avenue be and hereby are vacated and rescinded.

 

2.              The signs as prescribed by N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 shall be removed.
